At Kelpi Custom Moto, we want you to ride with confidence in your gear. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective moto-packaging is intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5 business days.
